Money Line Pick
Vancouver has a chance to keep their momentum rolling as they visit Bell Centre in Montreal, following a blowout of the Boston Bruins. The Canadiens are also coming off a couple of strong performances, with back-to-back victories over Washington and Ottawa. The Canucks have had no answers for the Canadiens in recent head-to-head clashes. It has been such a tough struggle, that Vancouver has just one win in the last 10 meetings. Montreal is 8-0 in the last eight meetings. The Canadiens have made easy work at home when playing the Canucks. Avoiding the Canucks is a must.
Over Under Pick
Both the Canucks and Canadiens continue to light up the goal on a nightly basis. Vancouver is coming off a game that saw them score nine goals themselves. It didn’t hurt that their opponent Boston chipped in three goals for a 12-goal total. It also marked their third straight game with at least a six-goal total. Montreal has seen plenty of seven-goal totals this season as well. However, the last three head-to-head meetings have resulted in totals of five goals or less. Take the under six.
