Against The Spread Pick
Utah finally returns home hoping that home court can bring them a much needed momentum swing. Utah has operated all season mainly through one player, Timmy Allen. The Trojans on the other hand have a dynamic offense and defense. USC is trying to keep postseason hopes alive and pulling off a nice road win. The Trojans also shoot really good from behind the arc, a solid 35 percent. Utah has hit a rough patch and find themselves in last place in the Pac-12. I think that if USC gets hot they could run away with this one. I like the Trojans with the points.
Over Under Pick
Utah is playing so bad right now that it’s hard to trust them in any way. In spite of how bad their offense has been they have managed to maintain an average defense, allowing just under 70 points per game. The Trojans offense has shown that they are not capable of exploding for a huge total. Their three point percentage looks good, but they shoot the ball very sparingly from beyond the arc. I see this game going under just due to two average offenses and what I see as a game that is controlled by USC the entire way.
