Against the Spread Pick
Toronto has won six in a row, in fact, the last time they fell was at home to San Antonio. They are 4-2 ATS in this stretch and the most striking thing is that this team is finally fully healthy. They have great depth and Pascal Siakam is starting in the All-Star game, who saw that coming. Toronto has been a great road team this season going 15-7 SU and this is a stretch to get some easy wins. They do not play a team with a winning record again until February 5th against Indiana. The Spurs have been playing better of late but they still have too many games that make you go hmmm, like losing at home to Phoenix. They are 8th in the league in scoring but fell apart against the Suns, who are hardly a defensive-minded group. DeMar DeRozan is having another good season and gets up for games against his old team. Toronto is the play here though.
Over Under Pick
When these teams last met the game came in way under in a one-point win by San Antonio. Toronto plays strong defense and now that they are healthy they can be even more committed to it as they have the depth to do it. I am looking for another under here.
