Phoenix Suns

New York Knicks

PHX Suns Point Spread

Under Game Totals

Against the Spread Pick

The Suns had won two in a row before falling at Atlanta. It was a surprise given the Hawks are not that good and the Suns have been good on the road this season, 10-7 ATS.  They are still trying to figure what to do after seeing their preseason plan wiped out by the suspension of DeAndre Ayton.  He is coming off the bench now and producing but that can’t be a long term play.  Kelly Oubre is scoring a quiet 18ppg this year but is likely to miss this one with a concussion. They are playing the Knicks so they can win without him. After a nice home win against Miami the Knicks were put back in their place at Milwaukee, losing by 26.  Marcus Morris is out and he has been big for the Knicks this season, a rare consistent scorer. Mitchell Robinson is banged up but probably plays.  He helps them guard Ayton effectively. Coin flip here, I go Suns.

Over Under Pick

Phoenix is alright when it comes to scoring the ball but New York is not.  Taking on a Phoenix defense that is not very fearsome will help a little but I am leary about counting on them for much more than 100 points in any game. Phoenix wins and plays at a decent pace but take the under.
