Against the Spread Pick
Even with Anthony Edwards, it is hard to see the Georgia Bulldogs beating anyone by more than six points these days. Georgia has lost four in a row at the hands of Mississippi State, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Missouri. Who knows if the ‘Dawgs have recovered from Tuesday’s meltdown against Missouri in which they squandered a 20-point lead with 13 minutes remaining. The Texas A&M Aggies have won seven of their last 11 contests, a relative hot streak by their standards. Showing plenty of prowess on the road, Texas A&M has won its last three such games–including a 63-58 success at Tennessee earlier this week. Four different Aggies have led the way in scoring over the past four outings. Back TEXAS A&M with plenty of confidence.
Over Under Pick
Edwards is not getting any help, but he also isn’t really helping himself. The projected top-five pick in the 2020 NBA Draft is shooting just 40.4 percent from the floor and 30.8 percent from three-point range, in part due to taking bad shots in an effort to do everything on his own. Only one other player is averaging more than 7.6 points per game (Rayshaun Hammonds at 12.8 ppg). Go with the UNDER.
