Against the Spread Pick
The Bucks won in their “prime time” game against Boston on Thursday night. They got early and coasted so it looked a little closer than it probably should have. The team is injury free right now and their pace is not that far off the Warriors of a few seasons ago when they set the win record. With so many bad teams I can easily see them giving it a shot. As great as their record is there are lots of teams that are more profitable though. They are only covering 55% of the time. Brooklyn has been beaten up the last two games by two of the bigger and more physical teams in the league, Philly and Utah. Milwaukee poses a bigger but different challenge, Giannis. Brooklyn has Kyrie Irving who can try and match him point for point but the supporting casts are vastly different. Look for Kyrie to get his but for the Nets to be yet another victim. Take Milwaukee.
Over Under Pick
The Nets did go over the total against the Jazz and 76ers and that is a pretty good assumption here too. The numbers show these teams as being about .500 with totals but I think the Nets will be happy to play with a little more pace and space in this one. Take the over.
