Oleksandr Usyk will make his debut that is heavyweight on October 12, live on Sky Sports.
A branch is going up after his knockout win over Tony Bellew in November and will face Spong, an unbeaten Florida-based competition.
Spong includes 13 knockouts such as last weekend’s stoppage win over Jeyson Minda, at 14 battle, also Usyk has voiced his respect for the 33-year-old.
