Money Line Pick
Minnesota has had a solid season, but they’ve really struggled on the road. The Wild are only 11-15-2 away, although they’re a more-respectable 16-12 against the spread. Plus, the team has been mediocre over the past few weeks, going 2-2-1 over their last five games (with one of those victories coming in overtime). If there’s any reason for optimism, it’s the fact that the Wild have topped the Oilers in their previous two meetings this season.
Over Under Pick
Of course, the Oilers are playing a bit better of late, as they’re 4-1-1 since February 8th (with the two losses coming to the Lightning and Bruins) and 11-4-3 since the start of 2020. This recent stretch has bumped their home record to 15-9 (however, unlike their opponent, their against the spread record is even worse at 12-17). Even if Edmonton has struggled against Minnesota this season, they still own a 6-4 record against their opponent over their last 10 match ups.
