Against the Spread Pick
Louisville might not be as good as expected but that does not change the fact that they are at the top of the ACC standings right now at 12-2. This is a chance to pad their lead, though Clemson did bag Duke at home last month. Louisville has a true difference-maker in Jordan Nwora. He has not always come up big in the biggest games and you can pretty much predict the outcome if you know how his scoring is going to go. He had only two points in a loss at Georgia Tech this week. Clemson is off a 20-point win over Pitt but their season is not going anywhere unless they catch fire in the ACC Tournament. This is a good defensive team but they are just too limited offensively this season. They are good at turning games into rock fights but the Louisville loss probably hurts them more than helps them. Take Louisville.
Over Under Pick
The average Clemson game has just 129 points. That is low but the team is just .500 in totals this season. This one is going to be about whether Louisville can bust out. I am not high on that proposition so the under looks like the play. The Cardinals have gone under the number in their last two road tilts.
