Italy head trainer Conor O’Shea has called a much-changed side to face England in their final Rugby World Cup warm-up match.
11 changes have been made by o’Shea to the side that dropped last weekend.
Gloucester scrum-half Callum Braley is set to receive his first cap if they face England in St James’ Park on Saturday, live on Sky Sports.
Dean Budd will captain Italy in Newcastle and their competitors this weekend could go all of the way are believed by the Benetton lock.
“In our opinion they will be in the past,” he said. “They are one of the best teams , the way they play the game – they seem like quite a fluid and physical team.”
When asked that England players were the most threatening to face, Budd included:”I believe [Billy] Vunipola is likely number one.
“The gain line he could make for the England boys, simply matching him stopping him from going forward will be enormous in order that they can’t get that front ball.
“If they could set those springs then they’re quite dangerous.”
