Against the Spread Pick

This matchup pits one of the most surprising teams in the NBA (the Indiana Pacers) against one of the most disappointing (the Golden State Warriors). Of course, Golden State at least has some excuse–multiple excuses, in fact. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson have been out, and even Draymond Green and D’Angelo Russell have missed their fair share of time. The Pacers are still without Victor Oladipo but nonetheless they are 29-16 and just 2.5 games out of the second seed in the Eastern Conference. Indiana is 6-1 in its past seven outings and five different players have led the team in scoring over the past six contests. Even with Oladipo sidelined (he could return before the end of the month), this is one of the deepest teams in basketball. INDIANA will likely win and win big.

Over Under Pick

The Pacers have held their three of their last six opponents to below the 100-point mark. In their past two games, the losing team has scored 88 and 87 points. Not a whole lot is expected to change with the Warriors the next opponent up, as they are the lowest-scoring squad in the Western Conference (105.4 ppg). This will probably stay UNDER the total.
