Money Line Pick
The Panthers’ brutal stretch of games on the road against teams from the Metropolitan Divison continues as they make a pit stop at the Prudential Center to face the Devils. They will need to respond to four-straight losses, and what better team to have a shot to pick up a critical victory. The Devils have won their last two games in quite shocking fashion as they haven’t allowed a goal since February 4th in a 5-4 loss against Montreal. They will need another top performance against the Panthers a team they have only beaten three times in the last 10 head-to-head meetings. Florida was able to roll in the Prudential early in the season and get a strong 6-4 win. Taking the Panthers to bounce back is the right play.
Over Under Pick
Even with a low goal average, the New Jersey Devils have really picked up their level of play recently. That includes three-goal or more performances in each of their last three games. Florida has had a couple of uncharacteristic performances as of late and in their last game, they could only manage a lone goal in a 4-1 loss at Philadelphia. The last three head-to-head clashes have resulted in seven-goal totals or more. That includes their first meeting this season that saw Florida come into Prudential Center and get a 6-4 victory. Odds favor another over the total. Take the over six here.
