Jackson is currently 17th overall with 589 receptions and 15th with 53 touchdown grabs because he came to the league in 2008 but he has led the NFL four times in yards per receptions, including last season with 18.9 for the Buccaneers at age 32. When the NFL started keeping human figures, that’s more than every other player in the history of the league since 1932.
Star quarterback Carson Wentz discovered how defenses don’t have any choice but to play against Jackson due to his ability to get behind the secondary.
“(This) takes pressure off the rest of the men,” Carson Wentz explained. “He’ll open up a lot of things underneath, we truly believe. … He simplifies defenders in a different way.”
