Puck Line Pick
These two teams continue to jockey for position atop the Western Conference, adding some extra importance to Saturday night’s contest. The Blues naturally have the upper=hand in this contest, as the team is currently riding a six-game winning streak. St. Louis has also been basically unbeatable at home (22-6-5), and they’ve been solid as favorites this season (27-19-7). To further put it over the top, the Blues have won three of their four matchups with Dallas this season, with the lone loss coming in overtime.
Over Under Pick
Meanwhile, the Stars have lost some ground in the standings thanks to an active 3-2-1 stretch. Even more worrisome, the team’s been a bit off since the start of 2020, as they’ve gone only 11-7-2 since January 11th. Normally, they’d have all the makings up a competitive road squad, as they’re 18-11-4 away from Dallas (including a 19-14 record against the spread). However, those numbers don’t matter as much when they’re going against one of the best squads in hockey.
