Colorado -9 Point Spread

Over 128 Game Totals

Against the Spread Pick

The Buffaloes are looking to rebound from a bad home loss to UCLA. The Bruins might be better than anybody thought but Colorado has to be able to defend its homecourt better. This game is on the road but they do get a soft landing spot. Colorado is 4-4 on the road this season and still have a chance to take the league, even though they are tied for second place with two other teams.  All three of their final league games are on the road and this is the easiest one.  Cal is not a good team, they have a losing record overall but they are not at the bottom of the PAC 12. Their biggest challenge is scoring, even though Matt Bradley is averaging 17ppg.  They are 4-3 ATS in February and are clearly in spoiler mode though win or lose Colorado is going to the Tournament and Cal isn’t.  This one could affect seeding for the conference tournament.  Take Colorado on the road to get back to winning.

Over Under Pick

Cal knows it can’t win a game in the 70s so it does its best to avoid those.  Sometimes it works but more often it doesn’t.  Off a loss, I imagine that Colorado is going to be pretty crisp and able to get their point total up.  If they are playing with a solid lead the Bears might get some opportunities too. I like the over here. Both teams have played more overs than under on the season.
