Accrington Stanley and 10 men for most of the second half fought to make a 3-3 League One draw at Bristol Rovers.
When Ollie Clarke’s cross-shot was tapped in by Alex Rodman, the home side took a direct. However, Stanley were flat Jordan Clark bursting to the box to net using a low drive, on 18 minutes.
Two minutes after Sam Finley broke to the Rovers penalty area to shoot home right-footed also it was 2-2 about 41 minutes as Jonson Clarke-Harris fired from 15 yards after the shot of Clarke had ricocheted into his path.
When Seamus Conneely was shown a yellow card for pulling Tom Nichols stanley were reduced to 10 men on 49 minutes.
Clarke-Harris’ made a spectacular overhead kick to put together in front for Dion Charles on 63 minutes just to equalise after being fouled by Josh Hare.
Referee Neil Hair had to be substituted by linesman Andrew Laver and took a blow. Kyle Bennett struck the bat throughout nine minutes of stoppage time for Rovers.
